Exit-Writer software is licensed as a site-license on an annually renewable basis. A site is defined as a single Emergency Department, Clinic, Hospital or other facility. We have pricing options for all of your needs.  Any or all workstations at a given site may be used to access Exit-Writer to create patient instructions. License fees are based on annual patient volumes.

Since license fees are calculated by use at each site - your payment will reflect your usage of the system and closely match the benefits provided to your patients.  Special pricing is available for doctor's offices, urgent care centers, clinics and for hospital wide access to Inpatient Instructions that are now available to complement our Emergency Medicine Instructions.

• Inpatient instructions are also available for hospital wide use for an additional low fee.

Annual License Renewal Fee
The Annual License Renewal fee permits continued use of the software and covers toll-free technical support, program updates and/or enhancements to the instruction set. This is a required fee which begins 12 months after purchase and recurs annually thereafter.
